Unclogged toilet pipes, pull toilet, snake drain. Reset toilet.

Everything is working good. Jeff was very professional, he found the problem very easy, and provided me with pictures of what was causing the overflowing in the toilets, the problem was roots growing inside the pipes. I will highly recommend this company/Jeff again. After 3 times calling companies he was the only one that found the real problem.

Company was out in November to pump out our system and stated then that we would likely need a new drain field in the coming months. About mid January, my husband recognized that indeed, the drain field was not working properly. We called and Jeff came out and agreed and gave us an estimate and an approximate start/finish date. The work went well, we were advised exactly what would need to be done and the 2 young men did exactly as stated. When we ran into issues, Jeff was right their in our corner working to set things right. Work was delayed for several days because of some issues, but we were kept abreast at all times. When the work was complete, we got instructions on proper maintenance to hopefully keep the new system operating at its maximum for many years to come.

What a relief to find such true professionals! Being new to Florida, we were starting fresh to find the comparable skilled trades we were accustomed to in Ohio. Our initial need was the routine septic tank cleaning and inspection, which went well.
A few months later our interior drains started backing up. We called Sun Plumbing and they discovered the drain lines were obstructed by grout and gravel flushed down by the previous owners during their extensive tile renovation. This required cameras to be inserted into the drains to guide the instruments used to break up the lodged brick-like pieces. Our drains are now as clear as new!
A few days later we started having issues with a sewer odor after a heavy rain. We called Sun Plumbing again and they discovered improper venting in the attic. They re-vented and brought us up to code.
Even though we had a home inspection at the time of our purchase, not all defects were detectable at the time of the inspection. Other issues were overlooked. We are just grateful to have the integrity, skill and care of Sun Plumbing available to us! They are our PLUMBERS FOR LIFE!
